Currently, she holds the position of CEO and Owner at Deem Company for Collective and Development Services, a venture that was initiated on April 4, 2016. The majority of her professional expertise lies in the areas of Monitoring and Evaluation, Capacity Building, Coaching, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Writing. Over the course of more than fifteen years, she has amassed extensive experience as a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor and Consultant, collaborating with various organizations.
Her skill set includes a strong aptitude for organizational development, program management, conducting feasibility studies, and budgeting, all of which she has honed through hands-on experience and specialized training. Throughout her career, she has consistently applied a results-based approach in designing, executing, and evaluating programs and projects across diverse sectors while ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports. Additionally, she possesses extensive proficiency in the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) projects.
Recently, she achieved accreditation as an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Audit Team Leader, along with an ISO 45001 Audit Team Leader certification, and she has acquired expertise in Food Management and Safety (FSMS). She is proud to be a member of the Palestinian Coalition for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and holds a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) certification for SDGs through the Safir EU funded project. Her work has been focused on developing quality services, manuals, standards, processes, and effective management practices.
Her experience as a freelance consultant since 2015 has further enriched her skills in monitoring and evaluating various projects and providing strategic counsel to different NGOs and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs). Additionally, she excels in conducting SWOT analyses, organizing focus groups, delivering training sessions, and building capacity. She has a proven track record in setting and measuring key performance indicators and employs participatory approaches in Monitoring and Evaluation, notably leveraging the Scorecard tool.
The core values that guide her work include a strong commitment to Human Rights, Equality, Equity, Gender Balance, Transparency, and Honesty. In 2016, she had the privilege of participating in a conference in Spain, specifically the FPSC Seminar on Women's Participation in Water Access and Management, with a focus on the case of Palestine.
